66. For the interpretation of this subdivision, unless the context indicates a different meaning,
(1)  “seat belt” means the device designed to secure a person in his seat and prescribed by the Motor Vehicle Safety Act;
(2)  “Motor Vehicle Safety Act” means chapter 26 of the 1st Supplement of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1970, and any regulation or order made under such act.
