60. (1)  No person may drive a road vehicle on a public highway if any tire thereof is equipped with anti-skid devices in the form of cleats or equipped with any other object that is likely to damage the public highway.
However, the Minister of Transport, by order published in the Gazette officielle du Québec, may authorize the use of certain types of non-skid devices for certain categories or sub-categories of road vehicles.
(2)  No building or object the moving of which over a public highway is liable to damage such highway, shall be moved or dragged over such highway, unless with the prior authorization of the Minister of Transport, given on such conditions as he may determine.
