128. The prothonotary or clerk of any court, which renders a judgment, a sentence or makes an order suspending a permit or a registration certificate, or imposing an obligation of financial responsibility for the recovery or the renewal of such license or certificate, shall, within eight days of the judgment, sentence or order, give notice thereof to the Régie, with the necessary information and details to enable the latter to appreciate the nature and duration of such suspension and, if need be, the obligation of the financial responsibility imposed.
