123. Any judge or magistrate who declares a person guilty of the offences contemplated in sections 39, 56, 83, 84, 85 and 118 of this act or in sections 203, 204, 219, 233, 234, 235, 236 and 238 of the Criminal Code shall immediately order the offender to surrender his permit at the office of the court and enter or have entered on the back, the nature of the offence as well as the date and particulars of the sentence. Refusal by the holder to surrender his permit as so ordered shall constitute contempt of court.
Such permit shall afterwards be transmitted to the Régie if suspended.
