399. A medical exemption certificate is valid for the period determined by the Société.

399. A medical certificate exempting a person from wearing a seat belt is valid for the period determined by the Société.
However, a medical certificate issued before 15 November 1990 shall remain valid for a period of two years from its date of issue.
