337. On a two-way roadway outside a city, town or village, the driver of a road vehicle that has a net mass declared on the registration certificate of over 5 500 kg and that is following a vehicle that has also a net declared mass of over 5 500 kg must leave not less than 90 metres between the two vehicles to allow other vehicles to pass.
