205. The Société must suspend a driving school licence or an instructor’s licence for an additional period equal to the initial period of suspension of three, six or twelve months if the holder continues to operate a driving school or to give instruction in driving a passenger vehicle after his licence is suspended under paragraph 1, 2 or 3 of section 204.
