204. The Société must suspend a driving school licence or an instructor’s licence
(1)  for three months if the holder is convicted of an offence under sections 146.2 to 150 or section 644 after having been convicted, within the two years preceding the conviction, of an offence under those sections;
(2)  for six months if the holder is convicted of an offence under sections 146.2 to 150 or section 644 after having been convicted, within the two years preceding the conviction, of two other offences under those sections;
(3)  for twelve months if the holder is convicted of an offence under sections 146.2 to 150 or section 644 after having been convicted, within the two years preceding the conviction, of more than two other offences under those sections.
For the purposes of this section, no conviction for which a pardon was obtained shall be taken into account.
