203. The Société may suspend a driving school licence or an instructor’s licence if the holder no longer fulfils the conditions attached to the licence, is found guilty of an offence under section 146.2, unless a pardon has been obtained, or neglects or refuses to comply with a request made under this Code by the Société or by a person it designates.
