144. Every person who contravenes the first paragraph of section 105 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $1,500 to $3,000, if his licence or right to obtain a licence is cancelled or suspended under section 180, subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 202.4 or section 202.5.
