143. Every person who contravenes the first paragraph of section 105 is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $300 to $600 if his licence or right to obtain a licence is cancelled or suspended for a cause other than those referred to in section 180, 185, 191.2, 202.4 or 202.5.
