13. To obtain the registration or the renewal of registration of a road vehicle, the owner must furnish to the Régie a statement in accordance with section 96 of the Automobile Insurance Act (chapter A-25) for the road vehicle concerned and pay to the Régie the amount fixed under section 151 of the said Act and the duties fixed by the regulations of the Government and of the Régie.

13.
