114. As soon as the total number of demerit points entered pursuant to section 112 in a person’s file attains the number prescribed by regulation of the Government, the Régie shall send a notice to the person concerned, at the last address received by the Régie, informing him of the number of points entered in his file and reminding him of its powers of revocation.
