21. (Repealed).

21. The duplicate of the cadastre of each seigniory which, under the Seigniorial Act of 1859 (22 Victoria, chapter 48), should have remained in the hands of the seigniorial commissioners, is entrusted to the Minister of Energy and Resources, as also all plans, maps and other like documents.

21.
