45. (Repealed).

45. Any officer or employee of the municipality or member of a municipal council who neglects or refuses to perform, or to join in performing, any official act or duty required of him for carrying out the provisions of this subdivision, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of $50, which fine may be sued for within six months after the offence was committed.
