Section 380
Disposition versions
380. (Repealed).
380. At the end of the second day of registration, the clerk shall prepare a certificate establishing:
(a) the number of persons qualified to vote on the by-law;
(b) the number of signatures of persons qualified to vote required to make the holding of a poll obligatory;
(c) the number of persons qualified to vote who have registered;
(d) the fact that the by-law is deemed to have been approved or the necessity to hold a poll, as the case may be.
