332. The mayor or any person presiding in his place shall maintain order and decorum during the sittings of the council. He may order that any person disturbing a sitting of the council be removed from the place where the sitting is held.

332. The mayor or any person presiding in his place shall maintain order and decorum during the sittings of the council. He may arrest or cause to be arrested any one who may disturb the council during any sitting thereof and have him placed in custody; and such person shall, for every such offence, be liable to a fine of not more than $20.
