29.10. A municipality, in accordance with the rules applicable to it, may enter into an agreement with the council of a band, within the meaning of the Indian Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. I-5) or of the Naskapi and the Cree-Naskapi Commission Act (S.C. 1984, c. 18), provided it is an agreement which, by law, may be entered into between two municipalities.

29.10. A municipality, in accordance with the rules applicable to it, may enter into an agreement with the council of a band, within the meaning of the Indian Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter I-5) or of the Cree—Naskapi (of Québec) Act (Statutes of Canada, 1984, chapter 18), provided it is an agreement which, by law, may be entered into between two municipalities.

29.10. This section applies to every municipality governed by this Act, and to Ville de Montréal and Ville de Québec.

A corporation, in accordance with the rules applicable to it, may enter into an agreement with the council of a band, within the meaning of the Indian Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter I-5) or of the Cree—Naskapi (of Québec) Act (Statutes of Canada, 1984, chapter 18), provided it is an agreement which, by law, may be entered into between two municipal corporations.
This section applies to all city or town municipalities, even those not contemplated in section 1.

This section applies to all city or town municipalities, even those not contemplated in section 1.
