124. An elector who has not been domiciled in the municipality for at least twelve months before 1 September of the year in which the election is held shall be entered on the list for the ward where the immoveable having, among those of which he is the owner, the greatest value entered on the real estate assessment roll is situated; if such elector has not been the owner of an immoveable in the municipality, for at least the above period, he shall be entered on the list for the ward where the office or place of business having, among those where he is a tenant, the greatest value entered on the roll of rental values or, failing any such entry, for which he pays the highest rent.

124. An elector who is not domiciled in the municipality shall be entered on the list for the ward where the immoveable of which he is the owner or tenant is situated; if he is the owner or tenant of immoveables in more than one ward, he shall vote in the ward where the immoveable with the greatest value is situated or in the ward where he pays the highest rent according to the valuation roll in force.
