100.1. Cheques and negotiable instruments other than bonds issued by the municipality shall be signed by the mayor and the treasurer. The signature of the mayor and of the treasurer may be printed, engraved or otherwise reproduced.

100.1. Cheques and negotiable instruments other than bonds issued by the municipality shall be signed by the mayor and the treasurer. Where the population of a municipality exceeds 5 000 inhabitants, the signature of the mayor and the treasurer may be printed, engraved or otherwise reproduced.
