114. An agreement between a holder of a distributor’s licence and the holder of an exhibitor’s licence for the exhibition of a film to the public must, in the cases provided for by regulation of the Government, reserve for each of them a minimum percentage of the gross revenues derived from the sales of admission tickets for the film.
The Government, by regulation, shall determine the percentage prescribed in the first paragraph.
