8. If the Bureau fails to adopt a regulation in accordance with section 7 within the delay fixed by the Office des professions du Québec, the Office may adopt such a regulation.

8. If the Bureau fails to adopt a regulation in accordance with section 7 within the delay fixed by the Office des professions du Québec, the Office may adopt such a regulation.
Every regulation adopted by the Office under this section must be submitted for approval to the Government and shall come into force after such approval on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.
