6. The Order shall have the power:
(a)  to acquire by any title and hold movable and immovable property necessary to carry out its objects and to sell, lease, hypothecate, alienate or otherwise dispose of the same, provided that the value of the immovable property held at any time shall not exceed $250,000;
(b)  (paragraph repealed).

6. The corporation shall have the power:
(a)  to acquire by any title and hold moveable and immoveable property necessary to carry out its objects and to sell, lease, hypothecate, alienate or otherwise dispose of the same, provided that the value of the immoveable property held at any time shall not exceed $250 000;
(b)  to enact, amend and repeal by-laws not inconsistent with this act, the election of officers and members of the Bureau, the duties of officers, the indemnification and exoneration of officers and members of the Bureau, the examination and admission of candidates to the practice of professional chemistry, the establishment of sections or branches, the affiliation of the corporation with other associations or societies of professional chemists, the calling and conduct of meetings of members and of the Bureau, the procedure at such meetings and the conduct in all other particulars of the affairs of the corporation.
