70. Whenever any train of cars is in motion in any city, town or village, the locomotive being in the rear, the company shall station, on the last car of the train, a person who shall warn persons standing on or crossing the track of such railway, of the approach of such train, under a penalty of $100 for any contravention of the provisions of this section or of section 67, 68 or 69.
