242. Any person who, by any means or in any way, obstructs or interrupts the free use of the railway, or of the cars, carriages, vessels, engines or other works incidental or relative thereto, or connected therewith, shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment, in the house of detention of the district where the conviction takes place, for any term of less than two years.
