236. (Repealed).

236. Every person who assaults or resists any constable appointed as aforesaid, or who incites any person to assault or resist any constable in the execution of his duty, shall for every such offence be liable, on summary proceeding, to a penalty of not more than $80, or to imprisonment for not more than two months.
