197. (Repealed).

197. The inspecting engineer shall forthwith report the same to the Commission des transports, who, with the sanction of the Government, may confirm, modify or disallow the act or order of the inspecting engineer.
Such confirmation, modification or disallowance shall be notified to the railway company interested.
