153. (Repealed).

153. Every electric railway company shall provide proper and sufficiently closed vestibules upon its cars, for the protection of the motormen operating the same, from exposure to cold, snow, rain and sleet during November, December, January, February, March and April, under a fine payable to the municipality of $10 per day for each day upon which any motor car is operated without such vestibules.
