139. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 290, s. 156; 1984, c. 47, s. 25.
139. Every by-law fixing or regulating tolls shall be subject to revision by the Government, after approval thereof; and after an order-in-council, reducing the tolls fixed and regulated by any by-law, has been twice published in the Gazette officielle du Québec , the tolls mentioned in such order-in-council shall be substituted for those mentioned in the by-law, so long as the order-in-council remains unrevoked.
