138. The Minister of Justice has charge of the application of this Charter.

138. The Minister of Justice has charge of the application of this Charter, except sections 57 to 96, subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 97 and section 99, the application of which is entrusted to the Minister of Relations with the Citizens and Immigration.

The Minister of State for Employment and Solidarity exercises the functions assigned to the Minister of Justice under sections 57 to 96, the paragraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 97 and section 99 of this Charter.
