SCHEDULE I
OATHS OF OFFICE AND SECRECY
(Section 64)
I, (name of person), declare under oath that I will fulfil the duties of my office honestly, impartially and justly and that I will accept no sum of money or other consideration for what I may have done or will do in the performance of my duties, other than what may be allowed me according to law.
Furthermore, I declare under oath that I will neither reveal nor disclose, without being duly authorized to do so, any information or document I may gain knowledge of in the performance of my duties.

“I, (name of person), swear (or solemnly declare) that I will fulfil the duties of my office honestly, impartially and justly and that I will accept no sum of money or other consideration for what I may have done or will do in the performance of my duties, other than what may be allowed me according to law.
Furthermore, I swear (or solemnly declare) that I will neither reveal nor disclose, without being duly authorized to do so, any information or document I may gain knowledge of in the performance of my duties.
(In the case of an oath, add: “So help me God.”).”

OATH OR DECLARATION OF OFFICE

(Section 61)

“I, A. B., do swear (or solemnly declare) that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to constituted authority and will fulfil the duties of my office of .............. honestly and justly, and that I will not receive any sum of money or consideration for what I have done or may do in the discharge of the duties of my office, to procure the purchase or exchange of anything whatsoever by or with the Government, other than my salary or what may be allowed me by law or by an order of the Government. (In the case of an oath, add: “So help me God.”).”
