82. Any person to whom a decision concerning a child’s eligibility for instruction in English, made pursuant to section 73, 81, 85 or 86.1 applies may apply in writing for the review of the decision within 60 days of the date on which the person is informed of the decision.

82. An appeal lies from every decision rendered by the persons designated by the Minister of Education under section 75.
An appeal is brought within 60 days after communication of a decision.

An appeal lies from the decisions of the school bodies, the institutions mentioned in the second paragraph of section 72, and the persons designated by the Minister of Education, dealing with the application of section 73, and from the decisions of the Minister of Education taken under section 78.
