100. An Office de la langue française is established to define and conduct Québec policy on linguistics research and terminology and to see that the French language becomes, as soon as possible, the language of communication, work, commerce and business in the civil administration and enterprises.

The Office shall also examine matters relating to cases of non-compliance with this Act and the regulations thereunder.
