35.13. The council shall determine, by by-law, the formalities for the calling and holding of the organization meeting, the respective responsibilities of the general meeting of the members and of the board of directors of the ward council, the number of members on the board of directors and their term of office, and any matter relating to the organization, operation and dissolution of the ward council. The by-laws must be approved by the enterprise registrar and come into force on the date of the approval.
The council shall approve the internal management by-laws of the ward council.
