Section 35.11
Disposition versions
35.11. Wherever it applies, Part III of the Companies Act (chapter C-38) shall govern the ward council, subject to sections 35.1 to 35.17 and to the council’s by-laws approved by the enterprise registrar.
Despite the first paragraph, section 123 of that Act applies, with the necessary modifications and subject to sections 35.1 to 35.17 and to the council’s by-laws approved by the enterprise registrar.
35.11. Wherever it applies, Part III of the Companies Act (chapter C-38) shall govern the ward council, subject to sections 35.1 to 35.17 and to the council’s by-laws approved by the enterprise registrar.
However, section 98, except paragraphs j and k of subsection 3 and sections 113, 114 and 123 of that Act, with the necessary modifications, shall apply, subject to sections 35.1 to 35.17 and to the council’s by-laws approved by the enterprise registrar.
