60.2. (Repealed).

60.2. Notwithstanding section 13 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1), the city shall make an annual contribution to the support of the local development centre in its territory in the manner set out in the agreement provided for in section 89 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Développement économique, de l’Innovation et de l’Exportation (chapter M-30.01).
The city shall enter into a first agreement under the first paragraph before 1 April 2002.
