66. Any decision of the city or, in the case of a delegation, any decision of the executive committee or of a department head made under sections 61 to 64 may be contested before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec. Chapter XII of Title I of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q‐2), with the necessary modifications, applies to the proceeding.
