6. Where a document is replaced or reconstituted by microfilm, the Minister determines the means and manner of recording any particular relating to an entry appearing on the microfilm.

6. The Minister of Justice shall appoint, by order, for the registration divisions comprised under this division, one or more deputy registrars as well as the other necessary employees, to each one of whom it shall assign a salary fixed in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
Such deputies have, in all respects, the same powers, duties and obligations as the registrar and exercise them under the authority of the registrar.
Each registrar is, ex officio and as long as he remains in office, a deputy registrar for any registry office other than that for which he was appointed.
The Minister of Justice or any officer of his department designated by him in writing may, as circumstances require, appoint deputy registrars for such time as he fixes from among the personnel of the registry offices. The instrument of appointment may limit their powers and functions and specify the conditions governing their exercise.
