35. Every registrar shall, for the keeping of the list of changes of ownership in seigniories, be allowed a fee of $0.10 for each 100 words, out of the moneys deposited with him for that purpose; and he shall continue to keep such list so long as the money deposited or any other money afterwards deposited with him for the same purpose is not expended.
