91. (1)  The discipline of advocates is under the jurisdiction of the Committee on Discipline and the Professions Tribunal.
(2)  Such bodies shall deal with the complaints made against an advocate for contravention of the Act respecting the Barreau du Québec or the by-laws of the Bar.
(3)  They also have jurisdiction over any person who has ceased to be a member of the Bar for acts done while he was a member.
(4)  The office of the executive director shall be the office of the Committee on Discipline; the original of a proceeding and the documents supporting it must be filed and kept therein. The executive director shall act as clerk.
