84. The professional inspection committee shall decide on the physical or mental condition of such person; such committee shall receive the opinions of the three physicians constituting the report of the medical examination, which must be filed by them not later than 90 days after the designation of the third physician, unless the committee grants an additional delay.

If it considers it expedient, the committee shall hear such physicians as well as any other witnesses.
