81. Pursuant to serious information that a member or a person applying for readmission or re-entry is in a physical or mental condition incompatible with the practice of the profession, the Executive Committee may, by resolution, order such person to have a medical examination by three physicians; a copy of the resolution indicating to him the physician designated by the Committee and enjoining him to designate the physician of his choice within a prescribed delay shall be served on the person concerned.
