73. (1)  An advocate disbarred for any period whatsoever shall not practise the profession after his sentence is executed, unless he proves to the satisfaction of the Executive Committee that he has made restitution for the damage caused by his derogatory act, or has made every effort to do so. He must also have paid all the costs and, if such is the case, the fine adjudged against him and those prescribed by the by-laws.
(2)  The decision of the Executive Committee shall be final.
