120. An appeal lies to the Professions Tribunal from any decision rendered by the Committee on Discipline, in accordance with the provisions of subdivision 5 of Division VII of Chapter IV of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), adapted as required.
Before such tribunal, the complainant in first instance shall be represented by the syndic, one of his assistants, a special syndic or an advocate designated by the Executive Committee.
