111. (1)  The syndic shall submit to the Committee on Discipline, by a complaint, every final decision of a Canadian court convicting an advocate of Québec of an offence triable only by way of indictment.
(2)  The Committee on Discipline must accept a duly certified copy of the judicial decision as proof of the advocate’s guilt and may, if it deems it proper, impose one of the penalties contemplated by section 113.
