108. (1)  The clerk of the Committee on Discipline, the deputy clerk or a person designated by either of them shall draw up and sign the minutes of the hearing and of the decision.
(2)  The minutes shall mention whether the parties have dispensed with recording and in such case they shall include a summary of the depositions; they shall be primafacie proof of its content.
(3)  Within five days following the decision of the Committee on Discipline, the clerk or the deputy clerk shall enter the minutes and the decision in a special register.

108. (1)  The secretary of the Committee on Discipline shall draw up and sign the minutes of the hearing and of the decision.

(3)  Within five days following the decision of the Committee on Discipline, the secretary shall file the minutes and the decision with the clerk who shall enter them in a special register.
