105. (1)  The witness or respondent advocate testifying before the Committee on Discipline is bound to answer all the questions. His testimony is privileged and shall not be used against him before any Court, except in the case of perjury.
(2)  Where an order to hold a hearing in camera has been issued, every person conversant with such evidence shall be personally bound to secrecy, saving the right of the members of the Professions Tribunal and of the bâtonnier of the Province of Québec to be informed thereof in the performance of their duties.
