7. In this Act, unless the context indicates otherwise:
contractor means any person who, for another person, carries out or has carried out construction work or draws up or submits tender bids, either directly or indirectly, with the purpose of carrying out or having carried out such work for profit (entrepreneur);
gas means natural gas, manufactured combustible gas, any type or blend of such gases, liquid petroleum gas or any blend of such gas and air, or any other gas designated by regulation of the Board and, in the case of a pressure installation, combustible or non-combustible gas (gaz);
officer means a member of a partnership or, in the case of a legal person, a director, an officer within the meaning of the Business Corporations Act (chapter S-31.1) or a shareholder holding 10% or more of the voting rights attached to the shares of the legal person;
owner-builder means any person who, for his own account, carries out or has carried out construction work (constructeur-propriétaire);
petroleum equipment installation means an installation intended to use, store or distribute a petroleum product;
petroleum product means gasoline, diesel or biodiesel fuel, fuel ethanol, heating oil and any liquid hydrocarbon mixture determined by regulation of the Board;
pressure installation , depending on the context, means one or more of the following pieces of pressure equipment assembled to form an integrated, functional whole: a vessel or boiler intended to contain combustible or non-combustible gas or a liquid under pressure, and any pipes and accessories connected to it;
