126. An order against the owner of an immovable may be registered at the registry office.
The Board may apply for registration by presenting a copy of the order to the registrar. The registration fees shall be borne by the owner of the immovable.
The order shall in that case affect any purchaser whose right is subsequently registered, and he shall be bound to take over the obligations imposed on the former owner according to the order.
