11.1. The Administrative Labour Tribunal has sole jurisdiction for hearing any matter relating to the interpretation or application of sections 2, 4, 4.1, 9, 10, 29, 41 and 42 and the regulations adopted under paragraphs 1 to 5 of section 182.

11.1. The Commission des relations du travail has sole jurisdiction for hearing any matter relating to the interpretation or application of sections 2, 4, 4.1, 9, 10, 29, 41 and 42 and the regulations adopted under paragraphs 1 to 5 of section 182.

The construction industry commissioner referred to in the Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry (chapter R-20) has sole jurisdiction for hearing any matter relating to the interpretation or application of sections 2, 4, 4.1, 9, 10, 29, 41 and 42 and the regulations adopted under paragraphs 1 to 5 of section 182.
